Headquartered in Washington DC USA, we currently operate in Ghana, West Africa where we have five operational power plants, a 420km gas pipeline with a gas conditioning plant and cryogenic storage facilities under construction. As of 2024 we are also exporting power to the Ivory Coast.

Our operations are split into four strategic business units:
